Once Upon A Time Tutus was created in 2011 with a goal of making high quality boutique hair accessories and tutus for affordable prices. My then 2 year old little girl loved to see mommy work to make pretty things. Fast forward a bit, Once Upon A Time Tutus has grown and so has the family. We were blessed with a baby girl in December 2012, and she became the best little model a boutique could ask for. She helped inspire me to create new Halloween costumes as she grew, and today the shop has become more than I could have ever imagined. We started with basic tutus, hair accessories, headbands, hair clips, etc. but we have expanded into gorgeous tutu dresses and fun costumes, maternity sashes, dress-up wings, leg warmers, and rompers. We have now expanded into birthday candles and decor, including high chair banners and props!
