Hi!! My name is Rebecca, and I am a mother of 4 amazing grown kids! I have 3 wonderful young men and my youngest and only beautiful daughter. I am a sports mom, a military mom, a disabled child mom, a boy mom, a girl mom and a blessed mom!! I am a survivor of domestic violence with PTSD, clinical OCD, adult A.D.D., and a few other mental health issues. Creating is my version of therapy and how this journey began!! Turns out people love my creations… Who knew?! LOL, I would have never guessed. I have 47 awards in photographee with over half being first place and two gallery features. I am a small town gal in west TN, and spent most of my life in Bama (no i do NOT roll tide LOL), but have lived all over the USA. I am engaged to the most amazing man on the planet! He is my biggest fan, my calm, my support, my partner, and has/does sacrifice a lot to help make my dreams reality!! He has helped me heal from a life of traumas, and I wouldn’t be able to do what I love daily without him!! I have had many jobs in my day from bartending to retail to construction to masonry and now to business owner. I started arts and crafts at a very young age as my mother was extremely gifted with a sewing machine. She helped me develop a lot of the skills I have today and alway nurtured my imagination and creativity. Unfortunately, I lost her to a rare lung cancer when I was the young age of 23 and she was only 49. However, I did not inherit her sewing skills (or patience), I cannot sew, knit, or crochet but, I do everything else…I believe!! If not, I’m down to try it out for you!! Just message me!
I do not do refunds. However, I will work with you to make it right. If there is a malfunction, product defect, or something goes wrong with your creation: please contact me for replacement or to rectify the issue. I have to work more on a case by case basis/situation because of all the different types of items I create.
If there is damage due to shipping: you will need to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Every shipment is tracked and insured. Unfortunately, i have Zero control over the shipment when it leaves my studio. so any delays or damages are out of my hands and out of my control and are solely the carriers responsibility.

TUMBLERS: if cracked or chipped can be fixed, hold cold drinks for 36+ hours and hot drinks for 10+ hours, come with straws/lids unless otherwise specified
CUSTOM ORDERS: On average take 7-10 days to create, in busier times sometimes more, and less in slower times. In the event its more, I will message u with an estimated ETA.
ALL ITEMS/CREATIONS: Are either custom made or personalized by me...one person... a human. No two will be exact and some may have minor imperfections that are or will be out of my control. But all are made with the upmost care and an abundance of love with extreme attention to detail/precision.

I work one on one from start to finish with every custom order so that returns are not needed/necessary. If the item is customized/personalized there is not a return option available, those sales are final.
In the event the item is defective, damaged, or something goes wrong, I will need detailed photos and all details you have as to what happened. If you are getting a replacement I will need the damaged product sent back and I will send out your replacement.
