In order to sell through our website, a user must first register as a vendor. During this registration process, a user is required to give certain information (such as name, address, phone number, and email address).  This information is used to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

Because you are required to have an active membership to sell on our site, you will be required to provide payment information such as a credit card.  We use Stripe, a third party, to process any payments on our site, including for your membership fees.  Additionally, if a buyer chooses to pay for your items using a credit card, that payment will also be processed through Stripe and any amounts owed to you for products purchased from you will be paid to you through Stripe.

We do not process or store any credit card information on our website.

If you are a buyer and purchase an item from a vendor on our site, we may request certain information from you when you complete an order, particularly if you are requesting that the item be shipped to you.  You may choose to use Stripe to pay a particular vendor for goods and services.  Stripe is a third party and does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond paying for items that you order.

In addition to credit card information, if you are a buyer and purchase a product from a vendor on our site, you will be required to provide billing information, including your name, physical address, phone number, and email address.  You will also be required to provide shipping information, which is used so that a vendor can fulfill your order.  If you have issues with your order and request our assistance, we may use the contact information you provided in connection with your order to contact you.   Our vendors will also have access to your shipping address and phone number and will require this information so that they can ship your item, if shipping has been requested.
